Once you have completed your engraving request you will receive a confirmation email which will include details of the name(s) you have requested. Please check this and let us know within 24 hours if there are any errors. You should then also receive another thank you email two days after, if done online.
You will then receive a letter and personalised certificate (one certificate per name requested) within 7-10 working days.
Please note these will be sent to the address used when submitting the engraving.
If for any reason you haven't received your certificate within this time then please do contact our Customer Care team on 0300 330 3322 (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm) or by emailing heretohelp@bhf.org.uk and we can look into this further for you.
You will also receive a confirmation email once your name has been engraved on the Heart of Steel.
