Cancelling and rearranging collections
We are unable to directly cancel or rearrange collections at the Customer Service Centre.
To cancel or rearrange your collection, you will need to contact your local store who can make a note of this and offer you an alternative appointment if needed.

Amending collections
We are unable to add items to collections on MyVan once they have been scheduled, as the store will need to directly confirm that they are able to currently accept the additional item(s). You should therefore contact the store directly, or we can do this on your behalf.
We are able to remove items from collections on MyVan. To do this, go to the Service Desk from the left hand menu on MyVan (OpenFleet), find the collection (the easiest way to do this is to click 'advanced search' and input the customer's name and postcode), then right click on the collection, select 'edit', and navigate to the 'items' tab. To remove an item, right click on the item and click 'delete'. Once you have removed the required item(s), click 'next' and then 'submit' to save.
