All collection requests must be booked through our website here: https://www.bhf.org.uk/shop/donating-goods/book-furniture-collection-near-me or by contacting your local store directly.
You can find the details of your local store here: https://www.bhf.org.uk/localshop by typing your Post Code in to the top of the page.
When booking a collection, you submit your preferred date and will need to wait for your local store to confirm the appointment. In times of high demand this can take 7 - 10 days however after this time you are able to contact your local store for confirmation of the collection.
