I have a problem with my Defibrillator Order, what do I do?

If you're missing an item or an incorrect item was included in your order we currently advise that you contact our Customer Care Team on 01254 277856 (Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm) for a faster response.

Please note, this team cannot currently advise on deliveries of defibrillators and their accessories as these are shipped direct from the supplier. If you've only received part of your defibrillator delivery then it may be because the items are being dispatched from different suppliers. Please refer to the product listing on the website for the current lead times of these products.
